Ushbu maqolada BMT tomonidan qabul qilingan “Inson huquqlari umumjahon Dekloratsiyasi” va inson huquqlari borasida yurtimizda amalga oshirilayotgan islohatlar, farovonlik va ma’naviy – ma’rifiy ishlar, inson qadr-qimmati, insonning qadr topishi va yuksak ma’naviy kamol topishi, yoshlarning sog‘lom, ma’naviyatli, sof insoniy fazilatlar egasi bo‘lib voyaga yetishi bilan bir qatorda aholining ijtimoiy muhofazasi va bu sohada olib borilayotgan keng ko’lamli o’zgarishlar bayon etildi.
