Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqolada korporativ madaniyatning mohiyati va uning
bugungi kundagi o’rni bir qancha faktorlar orqali yoritilib berilgan. Korporativ
madaniyat biznessning ajralmas qismi. Tashkilotning madaniyati tashkilot tashqi va
ichki qiyinchiliklarga duch kelishi va ularni yengish usullarini o'rganishi bilan ta'sir
qiladi. Tashkilotning biznes yuritish usuli atrof-muhit muammolariga samarali
moslashishni ta'minlab, muvaffaqiyatni qo'llab-quvvatlaganligi sababli ushbu
tamoyillar saqlanib qoladi. Biznes yuritish usuli sifatida yangi a'zolarga biznes
yuritishning muayyan tamoyillari va usullari o'rgatiladi. Tashkilotlar va inson
resurslari siyosati va tartiblarini takomillashtirish bo'yicha har qanday dasturda
tashkilot madaniyati odamlarning o'zini tutish uslubini shakllantiradi va favqulodda
omil sifatida e'tiborga olinishi kerak. Shuning uchun tashkiliy madaniyat g'oyasini
tushunish, uning tashkilotlarga qanday ta'sir qilishini va uni qanday boshqarish
mumkinligini tushunish sanoat sotsiologlari va inson resurslari bo'yicha mutaxassislar
uchun muhimdir.
