Abstract

Abstract: The early period called medieval literature.Any work produced in
Latin or the vernacular between 476 and 1500 CE is considered medieval
literature.This includes philosophical writings,legal documents,works of fiction and
religious treatises.The most famous writers of this period are William Langland and
Geoffrey Chaucer.
