Abstract: This article sustains the information that the ways to teach young
people to think creatively and analyze in a non-traditional way in today's era of
globalization, to attract and focus on them to science and innovation, and in this regard,
our country is undergoing drastic reforms. It also reflects a great number of normative
and legal acts adopted by young generation on science and innovation. Even today,
with the advancement of science and technology, science remains as difficult and hard
as digging a well with a needle.
