Abstract: It is one of the main tasks of every pedagogue to take important measures to improve the quality of education, which is one of the major problems. Therefore, primary education, which is one of the smallest stages of education, and the methods of teaching a foreign language play an important role in it. In this article, learning and teaching a foreign language in primary education is discussed. it is possible to learn about how important it is, at what level the children's mastery is, and how the teacher should approach the child. In particular, the potential of the growing age-generation, the speed of changes in psychology, how it affects the learning of a foreign language, and similar important information have been collected.
