Annotatsiya. Mazkur maqolada ta’lim muassasasiga rahbarlik qilishning
boshqaruv madaniyati hamda pedagog xodimlarni kasbiy faolligini oshirishda
rahbarlarning vazifasi va oʻrni haqida toʻliq maʼlumot berilgan. Har qanday vaziyatda
ta’lim oluvchi va jamoa azolari bilan ijobiy munosabatda bo‘lishni taqozo etadi.
Shuningdek zamonaviy ta’limda kompetensiyalarga ham alohida to’xtalib o’tilgan
jumladan, informatsion kompetensiya - o‘qituvchi o‘z fani va unga bog’liq holda
bo‘lgan barcha yangiliklardan boxabar bo‘lishi zarur. Shuning uchun ham pedagog
axborot va kompyuter texnologiyalaridan foydalana olish ko‘nikmalariga ega bo‘lishi
kerakligi mazkur maqolaning hozirgi kunda pedagog hodimlarni kasbiy faolligini
oshirishda muhim sanaladi.
