Abstract

Abstract:Diplomatic correspondence, a cornerstone of international relations,
relies heavily on language as a tool for negotiation, conflict resolution, and
relationship-building among nations. This study examines the linguistic features
inherent in diplomatic communication to elucidate its role in shaping global diplomacy.
Through textual analysis of official documents, treaties, and diplomatic exchanges, key
features such as formality, politeness, precision, and cultural sensitivity are identified.
Understanding these linguistic dynamics enhances our comprehension of diplomacy as
a nuanced practice that balances tradition with modern challenges. This abstract
encapsulates the intricate interplay of language in diplomacy, highlighting its pivotal
role in shaping international relations and promoting global stability.
