Abstract

Annotatsiya. Ushbu ish intensiv izotermik reaktiv ekstraktsiya jarayonining
eksergiya tahlilini o'tkazish metodologiyasini taklif qiladi. Usul ikki bosqichni o'z
ichiga oladi. Birinchisi, har bir komponent va umumiy jarayon uchun eksergiya
yo'qotishlari va yutuqlarini baholashga imkon berish uchun materialdan foydalanish
diagrammasini (MFD) modellashtirish va moslashtirishni o'z ichiga oladi. Ikkinchi
qadam, turli reaktiv qazib olish konfiguratsiyalar exergy foydalanish exergy
ko'rsatkichlari hisoblash orqali taxmin qilingan. Strategiya operatsiya va dizayn
parametrlarining ko'rsatkichlarga ta'sirini baholaydi va exergydan eng yaxshi
foydalangan holda jarayon konfiguratsiyasini aniqlaydi. Usul butil asetat va n-amil-
asetat reaktiv ekstraktsiya jarayonlarida, bitta va ko'p bosqichli operatsiyalarda
qo'llanilgan. Tadqiqotning ikkala holati uchun eksergiya ko'rsatkichlarining
yaxshilanishi ikki bosqichli qarshi oqim konfiguratsiyasi yordamida olingan.
Butilatsetat va n-amil-asetat uchun 88,45% va 82,97% eksergiya ko'rsatkichi mahsulot
oqimi uchun aniqlandi. Usul optimal ishlash va dizayn parametrlarini qidirishni
qo'llab-quvvatlashi va yuqori samarali reaktiv ekstraktsiya jarayonlarini ishlab
chiqishda yordam berishi mumkin.
