Annotatsiya: Ushbu maqola O'zbekistondagi Hilton mehmonxonasining servis
sifatini, shu jumladan nonushta xizmatini tahlil qiladi. Maqolada Hilton
kompaniyasining global brendlash va servis standartlari o'rganilgan. Hilton Toshkent
City mehmonxonasining nonushtasi Hilton EMEA uchun ishlab chiqilgan "Hilton
Breakfast Playbook" qo'llanmasiga mos kelishi baholangan. Maqola nonushta menu
tarkibi, taqdimot, xizmat ko'rsatish va mehmonlar fikrini o'rganish usullari haqida
ma'lumotlarni o'z ichiga oladi. Tadqiqot maqsadida kuzatish va mehmonlar
so'rovnomalari o'tkazilgan. Natijalar Hilton Toshkent nonushtasining yuqori sifati va
global standartalarga mosligini ko'rsatdi. Ayrim kamchiliklar, jumladan oziq-ovqat
isrofi, plastik chiqindilar va mahalliy taomlar yetishmasligi aniqlandi. Ushbu sohalarni
yaxshilash va O'zbekistonda premium mehmonxona brendining muvaffaqiyatli
moslashuvini ta'minlash bo'yicha tavsiyalar berilgan.
